The Sisters In Praise, a ladies singing group, was organized in 1990. Through the years, the membership in our group has gone through several changes due to work and family needs.  Today, we are blessed with six ladies’ voices serving the Lord with music.  Our mission is to Praise God and minister to the community through song.  We present music and programs at our home church (First Baptist Church Newport News), retirement communities, nursing homes, other churches, and group functions in the area.
